Uncover limiting beliefs and patterns

Develop new tools and strategies for managing your finances

Cultivate self-awareness and acceptance

Connect with like-minded individuals on a similar journey

Receive guidance and support from experienced teachers

Whether you're struggling with debt, feeling overwhelmed by financial stress, or simply seeking a healthier relationship with money, this program is designed to empower you to live a more abundant and fulfilling life.

Testimonial from Mel A:

"Looking at both assets and liabilities was eye-opening. I really found I was able to debunk a lot of my held beliefs and learned many strategies for overcoming money stress. The meditations were so calming, and I often felt a huge sense of relief and inspiration afterward. Being able to discuss what we were going through, not only with the facilitators but also the other participants, was also eye-opening and provided new and varied perspectives."

Mindfulness On the Ranch

Join us for a day of self-care, reflection, and rejuvenation. A day dedicated completely to yourself in the serene environment of Sarah Parks Horsemanship. As you arrive at the ranch you are greeted by beautiful trees, rolling fields, horses grazing and walking trails through fields into a conservation forest.

Our retreat will begin Sunday morning at 9:30 AM with a mindfulness meditation sitting practice. The morning practice will gradually relax us into the body and open our awareness to nature. We will then move to a corral where Sarah Parks assist in guiding us to mindfully interact with horses. (We will not be riding today.)

After an indoor lunch we will transition into a mindful walking practice before heading out into the forest for a forest therapy walk. By popular request we’ve added extra time in the day to have a more in-depth sharing experience in the forest with a guided forest walk by Sharon. Our afternoon meditation practice will include breathing to support our relaxation response and wrapping up the day inclining the mind towards gratitude and joy.

All props are provided, however, please consider bringing your own yoga mat and eye cover.

COST: $100

Your fee includes a full day of mindfulness instruction and practice, use of the grounds, coffee, tea and lunch, interaction with horses with an instructor, forest therapy and parking. Payment in full must be made at the time of registration. $25 of your payment is non-refundable.
