It’s springtime and beautiful on lake St. Clair. This series will focus on basic relaxation techniques; breath awareness, calming the body, awareness of surroundings, and tuning into nature. Join me for an hour of self-care and reconnecting with nature that will have lasting effects throughout the week.

$80 for 4, 1 hour sessions.
