Take an hour out of your week to ground, breathe and relax in community. We will practice mindfulness meditation with gentle guiding for beginners and experienced meditators. This class is designed to support anyone who wants to have a regular meditation practice but feels like they want more than simply doing it on their own. Sharon will offer weekly inspirational quotes, 10-minute talks and also an opportunity for questions or sharing for those who want to share. Join us for some inspiration and let’s practice together!
