January-February Intro to Mindfulness 6-Week Series 2, Monday Evenings (All Levels Welcome)


Series 2 will focus on Working with Stress. All levels welcome to focus on mental health through mindfulness practice. Talks and meditations on working with thoughts, anxiety, pain, emotions, moods, and the neuroscience of mindfulness and its stress-relieving effect on the brain. Practice with others in a safe, supportive environment and learn to develop a personal practice at home. (18+yrs)
