Money Recovery is a 6-Week Program that offers a holistic approach to healing our relationship with money. Led by MMTCP certified mindfulness meditation teacher, Sharon Paquette and Registered Psychotherapist, Angie Wellman, this program combines mindfulness meditation techniques, recovery principles, and supportive community to help participants transform their; relationship with money, money mindset and freedom from shame.
Through a series of guided meditations, discussions, and activities, participants will explore their emotional experiences with money, uncover limiting beliefs and patterns, and develop new tools and strategies for managing finances in a healthy and sustainable way. They will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are on a similar journey, and receive guidance and support from skilled teachers.
